Rebecca Lynn Hilburn, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she injured two teenagers during an altercation at her home on Woods Road.
Police said that Hilburn hit a 17 year-old and scratched a 16 year-old, both suffered visible markings.
Hilburn is charged with battery, simple battery and two counts cruelty to children in the 1st degree.
