Tony Andrew Dixon Sr, 69 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was caught masturbating in public at Lowe’s on Shorter Avenue.
Reports stated that Dixon removed his sex organ from his pants, exposed it to a woman and then began to perform the act .
Dixon is charged with public indecency.
