Jarred Kyle Graham, 31 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted his 50 year-old father with a knife
Officers added that when they arrived on scene, Graham allegedly refused to drop the knife and get on the ground.
Graham is charged with aggravated assault and felony obstruction.
