Derick Wayne Mobbs, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pushed, shoved, and pinched a woman at a home on Wynnie Road.
Officers added that Mobbs refused to cooperate with them while taking him into custody.
Mobbs is charged with battery and obstruction.
