Anna Elizabeth Huckaby, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she trespassed at a location on Old Summerville Road and stole scrap metal.
Police said that Huckaby proceeded to sell the scrap metal for personal gain.
The alleged theft occurred back in January of this year.
