Brandon Joseph Reynolds 43 of Villa Rica, was arrested this week after reports said he received a stolen car’s license plate from a location on Dean Avenue.
The alleged theft occurred outside the Dollar General on Dean Avenue in Rome.
Reynolds is charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
