Robert Shane Cochran, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a 67 year-old man with a piece of wood.
Police said that Cochran tossed the wood at the victim’s face, which resulted in a laceration to his right arm and on his back.
He is then accused of sitting in a woman’s face.
The incident occurred at a home on Longmeadow Drive.
Cochran is charged with simple battery and exploitation and intimidation of an elderly person.
