Holly Nicole Morehead, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after lying to police about a wanted suspect.
Police said that Morehead gave officers a fake name of a wanted man that had ran from a traffic stop.
The accused was later spotted and another traffic stop was conducted and proved she was trying to locate the suspect that had ran from officers in an effort to help him avoid capture.
Morehead is charged with obstruction
