Willie Lee Lowe Jr, 52 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after sexually attacking a 33 year-old woman.
The victim reported that Loew forcefully interest a part of his body into her vagina without her consent.
The incident occurred at a home on Ridgedale Drive.
Lowe is charged with aggravated sexual battery and simple assault
