Robert Henry Williams III, 38 of Lindale, was arrested this week after leading police on a foot chase following a traffic stop near the intersection of Calhoun and Burlington Roads.
Police said that Williams ran after pulling over for driving on a suspended license.
Williams is charged with obstruction, driving on a suspended license and five counts probation violation.
