Robin Evette Easterling, 59 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she slammed a 57 year-old woman to the ground and forced her tongue down the victim’s mouth numerous times.
Police added that while not letting the victim up, she slammed her head repeatedly on the floor.
The incident occurred at an apartment on Leafmore Road.
Easterling is charged with battery.
