Michael Lee Ingle, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was walking around Chateau Drive with his pants down exposing his sexual organ.
Police added that when they arrived on scene Ingle attempted to run from them in an effort to prevent capture. After being taken to the ground, Ingle is accused of repeatedly kicking an officer in the chest.
Ingle is charged with public indecency, simple battery against a police officer, felony obstruction and misd obstruction.
