Anthony Thrence Fennell,71, and Teresa Ann Fennell 51, both of Rome, were arrested at their home on Branham Avenue after search warrant led police to find numerous drugs and a stolen firearm.
Police stated that they found several smoking pipes containing cocaine residue, marijuana, synthetic marijuana, digital scales, pipes and a stolen firearm.
Anthony is charged with possession of cocaine, possession or distribution of marijuana, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug related objects.
Teresa is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, felony theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, , possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute, three counts possession or distribution of dangerous drugs and possession of drug related objects.
