Sparkle LaKeisha Pickett, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she fired a gun in the air not knowing where the bullet would end up.
Reports said that it placed a 36 year-old woman in fear of her safety.
The incident occurred on Flannery Street.
Pickett is charged with reckless conduct.
