Randolph David Reynolds Sr, 61 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with cocaine during a traffic stop on Dean Avenue.
Police said that Reynolds was initially stopped for a window tint violation when a K9 officer alerted on the vehicle.
The cocaine was seized from under the driver’s seat of the car.
Reynolds is charge with possession of cocaine, window tint violation and probation violation
