Ashton Leon Kirby, 18 of Rome, was arrested at Model High School after reports said he was found with drugs in his backpack.
Reports stated that Kirby was found with a THC vape pen in his bag. School officials tested the pen and it was confirmed to contain THC.
Kirby is charged with possession of THC oil and possession of drugs in a school zone.
