Thomas Paul Hanks, 47 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a nurse tech at a local hospital with a wheelchair.
Officers stated that the incident began when Hanks shoved the 19 year-old victim numerous times while in the emergency room lobby. He is also accused of using harsh words during the incident. Hanks is then accused of attempting to hit the nurse tech with a wheelchair
Hanks is charged with battery and disorderly conduct.
