Mary Elizabeth Studdard, 32 of Lindale, and Kenneth Wayne Burkhalter, 49 of Silver Creek, were arrested on multiple drug charges after a search due to officers detecting a marijuana odor coming from their car.
Police said that they found methamphetamine, marijuana, suspected psychedelic mushrooms, Gabapentin and multiple bags of needles.
Both are charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule V controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of marijuana, drugs not in original container, and possession of drug related objects.
