Alexis Nicole Bowers, 42 of Calhoun, was arrested this week after reports said she printed a fake check and then proceeded to cash it at A 1 Food and Beverage on Burnett Ferry Road in Rome.
Police stated that the check was in the amount of $623.12.
The theft/forgery occurred last January 7th.
Bowers is charged with theft by deception, 4th degree forgery and printing checks knowing information is fictitious.
