Tammy Charlene Gilham, 58 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found her dumpster diving behind Providence Ministries around 3:30 am Monday.
Officers added that they also found her in possession of methamphetamine and a glass smoking device in her purse.
Gilham is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects and prowling.
