Joshuah Ryan Huston, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found drunk while asking for money at the West Rome Walmart.
Police said that when they arrived on scene they found Huston with a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and a 4th of vodka in his bag.
Huston is charged with city drunkenness.
