Two Rome men, Juan Carlos Hernandez, 45, and Felipe Gaspar, 46, were arrested this week after reports said they attacked a 54-year-old man on East 9th Street.
Police said that the suspects were both intoxicated when they hit, pushed and struck the victim in public.
Both are charged with simple battery, disorderly conduct and public drunk
