Kendrick Jamal Anthony, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned a woman while telling her that she “can die today”.
Reports stated that Anthony wrapped his legs around the victim’s waist while placing her in a chokehold and refusing to let her go.
The incident occurred inside a home on Hennon Drive.
Anthony is charged with false imprisonment and battery.
