Kevin Dewayne Hardigree, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled a gun on a 28 year-old man at a construction site on East 2nd Avenue.
Reports said that the victim told authorities that he feared for his life.
Hardigree is charged with simple assault.
