The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Kingston couple Skyline Vincetta Morales, 40, and Sha’ Brianne Renfro, 38, on child and animal cruelty charges.
Police said that a child was found inside the home “deprived of necessary sustenance to the extent that the child’s health was jeopardized.”
Authorities added that five dogs were also found inside the home while failing to provide a “sanitary and ventilated system.”
Both are charged with cruelty to children in the 1st degree and five counts cruelty to animals.
