Caleb Lane Brock, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was going to shoot three individuals at the Chevron on Turner McCall Blvd.
Police added that after making the threats, Brock reached his hands to the back of his waistline as if he was going to get a gun.
Brock is then accused of raising his fist like he was going to punch a 20 year-old man in the face while getting inside the victim’s car.
Brock is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and acts, along with criminal trespass.
