A homeless 72 year-old Rome man George Penn Dillard III ,71, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trespassing at the Town Green after being banned from the property.
Reports said that Dillard was found inside a bathroom in an intoxicated state.
Dillard is charged with criminal trespass.
