Jessica Lynn Randle, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she doused an 80 year-old woman with Sprite.
Reports said that after Randle poured the soft drink over the victim she proceeded to slam the glass container to the ground causing it to shatter.
Randle is charged with battery, criminal trespass, cruelty to an elderly person, and probation violation.
