Casey Cheyenne Knowles, 22 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she threw drugs out of a car window while she was being pulled over by police near the intersection of Teat and Pine Street.
Reports said that officers observed Knowles toss a bag that was later found to be methamphetamine out of her car.
Knowles was being stopped due to having a busted headlight.
Knowles is charged with tampering with evidence, possession of methamphetamine, and headlight violation.
