Edwin Rolando Hernandez, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a woman’s TV during a dispute at a home on Phillps Vann Drive.
Police did not list the size of the TV, but did say it was valued at $500.
Hernandez is charged with criminal trespass.
