Rome Police arrested two men, Robert Alexander Langston, 53, and Antione Leonard Langston, 52, both of Rome, on drug and weapon charges following the search of a home on Nixon Avenue.

Investigators said they found methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and marijuana while conducting searches.

Antione is also accused of lying about the location of Albert, who was inside the home.  

Robert is accused of fleeing from 6 arresting officers after being found.  After being captured, reports added that he attempted to open a knife in an effort to harm officers.

Robert is charged with five counts of felony obstruction, six counts of willful obstruction of law enforcement, possession of a knife while committing a crime, and probation violation.

Antione is charged with possession of meth, hindering the apprehension of a criminal, obstruction, and possession of marijuana.
