David Robert Masters, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he acted in a disorderly manner while refusing to cooperate with police officers.

Police said that Masters was found failing to obey pedestrian traffic signals on North 5th Avenue while yelling in a tumultuous manner resulting in a breach of peace to the public.

Officers went on to say that Masters then refused to cooperate with them by not placing his hands behind his back.

Masters is charged with disorderly conduct, failure of pedestrian to obey traffic devices and obstruction.

Later in the day, police said that they found Masters driving on a suspended license at the intersection of Ga 1 and GA 53.
