Williams Robert Sullins, 58 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found stumbling drunk while walking on the street and sidewalks.
Police said that Sullins was taken into custody on Maple Avenue near East 10th Street.
Sullins is charged with city drunkenness.
