Michael Lee Ingle, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he set multiple tires and debris on fire at his home on Old Freeman Ferry Road.
Police said that several of the items they observed Ingle burning was unlawful to do so.
Ingle is charged with illegal burning.
