Daniel Eugene Whatley, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was found intoxicated in public.
Police said that Whatley after having multiple shots of alcohol was found wandering around Hardy Avenue.
Authorities stated that Whatley was unable to follow simple commands or piece together coherent sentences.
Whatley is charged with city drunkenness.
