Jordan Lee Studyvent, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said that a 4th amendment search officers found him in possession of over an ounce of marijuana and oxycodone tablets that were not prescribed to him.
The search occurred at his home on Marshall Lane.
Studyvent is charged with possession of a Schedule II substance and possession/distribution of a controlled substance.
