Alvaro Lopez Gomez, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used a fictitious identity in an attempt to gain employment with Integrated Fiber Solutions.
Reports said that Gomez used the identity from March until it was discovered in September of this year.
Gomez is charged with aggravated identity fraud.
