Alonzso Cullens Jr, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into an unoccupied building at a location on Samuel Mountain Road and stole a pair of work boots.
The theft occurred just after 8 a.m. on Thursday. Cullins then went to a location on Cedartown Highway where he was seen prowling around Georgia Highlands College.
Cullens is charged with second degree burglary and prowling.
