William Kelley Brock, 48 , Richard Jody Trapp, 52, Shannon Rose Lemos, 41, Kevin Larry Jones, 39, and Nicole Lee Hall, 29 all of Rome, were arrested after it was discovered they were stealing power at a home on Malone Drive.
All have been charged with first degree burglary, theft of service and interfering with public utility companies.
Trapp is additionally charged with probation violation.
