Noah Layne Duncan, 18 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked a woman he previously attacked with a metal rod.
Reports said that Duncan had been ordered to stay away from the woman before he went to make “voluntary contact” with the woman at a location on Wade Street.
Duncan is charged with aggravated stalking.
