A 56 year-old homeless Rome man, Timothy Brien Jones, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Officers said that they located suspected crystal meth and a glass smoking device on Jones during a search on Riverbend Drive.
Jones is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and three counts probation violation.
