Noah Lane Duncan, 17 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he held down a woman while threatening bodily harm.
Reports added that Duncan then proceeded to charge at another victim with a metal rod.
Duncan is charged with simple assault, simple battery and terroristic threats/acts.
