A homeless 38 year-old Rome man, David William Silvis, and Mark Wayne Davis, 68 of Rome, were jailed following a fight at the Chevron on Turner McCall Blvd.
Reports said that following the fight, Silvis was found with a bag of meth in his front pants pocket
Silvis is charged with affray and possession of methamphetamine.
Davis is charged with affray.
