Troyce Howard Silmon, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was captured on camera stealing money from McDonald’s on Turner McCall Blvd
Reports said that Silmon was taken into custody for stealing $1,100 from the store.
While being arrested, police said that they found him in possession of marijuana.
Silmon is charged with theft by taking, possession of marijuana and probation violation.
