Jose Luis Chay-Hub, 33 of Rome, was arrested at Second Avenue Baptist Church after reports said he showed up intoxicated and urinated on himself in front of church-goers.
Police added that when they arrived on the scene Chay-Hub gave them a fake name and date of birth.
Chay-Hub is charged with public drunk and giving false information to police.
