Joshua Blake Strickland, 40 of Silver Creek, and 25 year-old Shelby Savanah Bailey, of Rome, were arrested this week after police said they found them in possession of a stolen van.
Police listed the stolen vehicle as a 2006 Ford Freestar Van, valued at over $1,501.
They were taken into custody at the Toco Bell on Turner McCall Blvd.
Both are charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
