James Anthony Weaver, 57 of Rome, was arrested on felony drug charges following a traffic stop for a broken brake light.
Officers stated that after stopping Weaver for a broken brake light near the intersection of Redmond Road and John Maddox Drive they discovered that he was in possession of methamphetamine.
Weaver is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, brake light violation.
