Brandon Dewayne McBurnett, 23 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said he refused to provide his driver’s license during a traffic stop.
Officers stated that they stopped McBurnett for a window tint violation near the intersection of Burton and Calhoun Roads. He was also found to have a tint over his license plate.
McBurnett is charged with obstruction of police, display of license plate and a window tint violation
