Rome Teen Breaks into Ace Hardware, Searching for Guns

La’Darius Cardale Cunningham, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week for a smash-and-grab burglary of Elder’s Ace Hardware.

Reports said that Cunningham and five other suspects shattered the front glass of the business and then broke into gun counters before cutting cables to steal numerous guns.

The incident occurred just before 4am July 4^th.

Police are still searching for the other five suspects.

Cunningham is charged with smash and grab burglary along with 2^nd degree criminal damage to property.
