Richard Douglas Holcomb II, 58 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trafficking drugs out of his home at 13 Lewis Road.
Police said that a search of the home resulted in them finding a large amount of methamphetamine that was packaged in multiple baggies, multiple bags of marijuana, digital scales and a firearm that had been reported stolen.
Holcomb is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, trafficking meth, possession of marijuana, distribution of marijuana, possession of a firearm arm by a convicted felon, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of drug related objects and probation violation.
